Mix 1 table spoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon on the areas that are dry/ flakey then wash of with warm water!! this worked immediately for me and it also made my skin extremely soft, hope it works (:

Okay, the Elf cream could be irritating and upsetting your skin.
I would advise stop using it for around a week, then see if your skin has stopped, for the reaction to stop and settle down, you may need longer.
