I used coffee grounds as a scrub on my body but not my face. I use it in summer bc the caffeine supposedly helps with cellulite.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS! I saw it and wanted to try it, so I did. I simply applied it, I didn't rub it into my skin or anything. My skin actually BURNED. It was itchy, inflamed, and a little swollen. I had to take it off immediately after trying and use ice to cool down the effects. My skin is slightly sensitive, but that's the first reaction to something that was that bad. If you do choose to do this, please be very careful!!

For me I use it both on my body and face and its fine I mix mine with olive oil and works good it's suppose to tighten your skin, try a small test on your hand first though

It really helped for me. I added some olive oil and very little sugar. I have very dry skin and it felt wonderful. I did notice that after about 15 mins it got slightly tingly so I removed it. I also used it as a body scrub and I love it. It really feels amazing.

I'd tread carefully with this. What many do not know is that some lines of coffee beans are actually treated with pesticides. Unless you are using organic coffee beans (which are super expensive) I wouldn't even bother with this DIY. To use this on the face is just a bit too much but for the body its ok.

What Shelley said of course and I've used it with organic beans mixed with olive oil, it's supposed to help with stretch marks and making skin beautiful. I didn't use it too much but my skin got a lot softer.
