Only use oil if your hair is dry because it can make it soft but if your hair isn't dry it could just make it oily.

I use my Pro naturals argan oil after every shampoo/condition and before hair drying or heat styling. I apply a few drops to my palms and work it into the hair ends and only rub halfway up the hair shaft, I steer clear of the roots/scalp, so no oily hair.
