I've got a HUGH zit on my nose. I popped it yesterday, expecting it to go away. But it's back and even bigger. Usually when I pop them, I'll put something over it and it'll go away for good. But this is so big. It looks like I've got a big yellow nose ring. I'll spare you the rest of the gruesome details.

What is your question? :) to make it go away, you could try a clay and salicylic acid spot treatment/mask. It always works with me but I don't get *big* breakouts so I don't know if it's helpful.

I had passed through that, my advise: if it look ready to pop it again do it, but follow this steps: wash your face and your hands perfectly, damp a facial towel in hot water (the hottest you can without burning) and place it in your face allowing the steam to do its job, do this twice. Dry the area (your nose) and immediatly pop if softly wih your fingers, not with your nail, make sure to extract all the grease and pus. clean VERY WELL all the area, wash again if necessary and press the zit with a paper towel or cotton until it stops bleeding or throwing that transparent liquid, then you can apply ice. Hope it helps, do not touch it and let it heal.

Put honey on it cover it with a bandaid give it 30 minutes. Honey is known for it's antibacterial & antifungal properties.

I would dab a tiny bit of Australian Tea Tree oil (from Holland & Barrett maybe) make sure you use a clean cotton bud, not dirty finger.

If you have a spot treatment you could try that. OXY does a good spot treatment, if you need a recommendation. (:
