I currently use bare minerals matte foundation for my oily skin and I love it. But I often find myself reapplying transient powder to hid my oily shine that comes out through the day.
I was wondering if there was a better foundation to reduce shine. Or if there's a better way to keep my oily shine from coming through as fast.

I have oily skin and the best foundation I've tried is Lancôme teint idole 24h. 👌🏽
It's seriously so perfect and I don't have touch up or powder.
I don't even have to use powder afterward.

Honestly honey don't change your foundation, because that's not going to change you from being oily. You have to deal with your skin. The key to a flawless face of make up is flawless skin. Try using an oil based cleanser like Dr. Bronner's castile soap and make sure you moisturizer your skin. Yes moisturizer and use oils to kill oil. Sounds weird but ever since I decided to try it after being very skeptical my oily skin is at a minimum. And exfoliate regularly (1-3) a week depending on the severity and sensitivity of your skin. You can find the cleanser at CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aide and American Apparel (not guaranteed) it's in the "natural section"
