I usually just use Smashbox's Photofinish Foundation Primer, really light foundation (full coverage), I mix it with a very tiny amount of light lotion. After applying my foundation, I use any flat top brush with a translucent powder, and in circular motions I drag the brush all over my face applying pressure. I swear I have a flawless no cake finish. It's all about the minimal amount. Sometimes adding a spray won't do anything or won't last. Hope you try it, hope it works!

Make up for ever has a setting spray that also helps moisturize! I find that it helps get rid of he cakey look on my skin :)
