What to wear to a fair?!

Tomorrow I am going to a fair and there will be rides and games. I don't know what to wear or what makeup and hair to do. It might be a little cold too. Any ideas?

Don't wear a dress or skirt!(unless you're not going on rides)!! I have done that before, and it did not end well. Something summery and light and maybe playful, I think romper a would be cute, maybe light wash jeans and a floral shirt, and hair up so it doesn't fly everywhere. I'll find some pictures for you!
