The Monarch palette is by far my favorite neutral palette. It is so so easy to work with, the colors all work well together and they're super smooth and easily blendable. I absolutely adore it, and I think that if you're in the market for a new palette this is a really good option.

I don't have the primer or the monarch palette (been considering it even though I shouldn't lol) but the lock n load is my absolute favorite setting spray over every one I've tried!

The high voltage sounds interesting Jacqueline I may have to try it out. And I agree I never expected to love the lock n load. I've tried all the ud and skindinavia ones and was never amazed and I added the kvd one to my cart online one time very last second and didn't even try it out right away and when I did I was soo happy I got it and haven't bought another one since
