My favorite drugstore coral is Maybelline Shocking Coral! It is so beautiful :D I don't know about your other questions, sorry. But let me know if you want a swatch!

I. love. Palladio. rice. powder. it's amazing. I have an extremely oily tzone and the tiniest amount will keep my oil away for almost the entire day. I would recommend using it with a large powder brush, you don't need much of it. and the tint adds a subtle warmth, I double it as a setting powder sometimes. I hope that helps.
