My 4yro has a rash on her cheeks from wiping her boogers across her face. It's all red and chapped. Anything I can put on it that won't irritate her skin further and offer some relief?

Poor dear. With children, one can never be too careful. I'd ask my pharmacist.

When my sons face was super dry this winter I just used some of the Cerave sensitive moisturizer on his dry spots, and it didn't irritate or burn.

So, this strategy will probably be nay-sayed by many, but I'm a school teacher and former nanny, so I deal with boogers way more often than most people, and I also know that the best way to break a kid of a bad habit is to introduce a different habit that is similar to the undesired one. Can you dress her in long sleeves, and tell her that when she wipes her nose, she should pull her sleeves down over her wrists so they mop up the boogies a bit and her skin won't get so wet and chapped? A dirty shirt is much easier to deal with than an uncomfortable rash. As she gets older, you can transition her to learning to use a tissue, but in my experience, four year olds just want to go, go, go, and not stop for something as "trivial" as getting a tissue to blow their noses.
Medically speaking though, I agree that asking a pharmacist is probably best practice, but diaper creme is probably fine, as long as you don't gob it on. Good luck!

I have been sticking her in long sleeves as it is still coldish here anyway. But she still manages to get it all over her face :( poor kid. We got this chapped skin cream, it's for lips but our pharmacist said it'll work on her cheeks so that's what we're doing :) it doesn't seem as scarlet at leas.

Awe kadey my kids don't seem fazed at all by runny noses! All three end up with boogies across their cheeks and in their hair! My youngest just seems to have severe sensitivities. Even with mosquito bites first bite she needs a dose and a half of Benadryl (doctors orders) because they blister up and look like cigaret burns and swell up sooo bad! My poor baby!! But yea all summer she's pretty much stuck inside :(
