Hi beauties! I know some of you may have seen my post about dyeing a friends hair. We're going to the beach tomorrow and we were wondering how the ocean water might effect her bleached and dyed hair.

It will definitely dry it out a bit... but nothing a good hair mask or treatment afterward can't fix. Also if it is dyed any bright or unnatural color it will probably fade.

Depends what colour, if it's only been a day or two since it's been dyed I'd probably try to keep my hair up and dry, I dyed my hair black and went to the beach one year and it bled, another time with bright red hair and it felt so scrunchy afterwards haha. Definitely will need a moisturising treatment afterwards :)

It will fade and bleed out really badly if she gets that red hair wet with the sea water, tell her to tie it up in a cute messy bun so she doesn't have to touch it up sooner than later. (I had bright red Ariel hair for about the last year or so.)
