I use mario badescu and it definitely helped more on newer scars then older. It does spoil though because of the packaging BUT I used it all up before that happened to me so depends how often you use it.

I've also heard really good things about philosophy's turbo booster vitamin c powder but they never had it in stock so I haven't tried it :/
