So working out is obviously the best way, however I use lotion with Q10 in it to firm up my legs. Nivea has a lotion with it and it works great!!

Try this workout along with squats and lunges. Go down on your knees with arms straight and kick your leg back and I towards the ceiling. Great for your butt. Also if you are laying on your back and then prop your self up on your hands and have your heels on the floor and do dips it's great for backs of legs.
