I've been pretty much stuck in an eternal winter and it's going to be at least 14 degrees Celsius tomorrow so is it warm enough for shorts or a dress?

The other day it was quite chilly but I wore a dress with some black thick tights,Cardi a jacket and a red scarf for a pop of colour (: so I think with a dress or shorts will do fine (:

I think it really depends on the person. What I might find chilly/warm you might not. I'd be cold in shorts/dresses with that weather though.

I read temperatures in °F but for me, I think it's warm enough for shorts when it reaches high 60's.

If you want to wear a dress just carry some leggings or tights if you get cold.

I'd definitely wear tights if wearing shorts or a dress, it's about that here in England and I'm still in leggings and cardigans
