I already have very thin hair but I've noticed around my hair line it's getting very thin! And I definitely haven't been pulling or using heat on the area. It makes me sad cause it's getting noticeable so what can I do?

I'd go to your doctor! I also wouldn't take any pill to make it thicker until your doctor says it's okay.

Noticeably thinner hair is sometimes due to a deficiency or Endocrine issue, such as an improperly functioning thyroid. I'd see my physician for a simple blood panel to hopefully put you on the right track.

Nioxin 3 step treatment is excellent for thinning hair!

I did try Nioxin recently after I lost a lot of hair after getting an IUD. It seemed to work! My doctor did suggest a thyroid test as that is usually the cause of hair loss.

You can try biotin. it's supposed to be good for nails and hair. I would suggest you see a dr. If you are getting concerned. Better safe than sorry! I'm suffering with hair loss too. had my 3rd child recently. I'm surprised I'm not bald lol. I'm trying biotin. I am so so self conscious about it. I dread going out in public. Are you familiar with hair extensions? I did so much research because I felt any kind of extension would be unable to hide. soooo... I made myself a Halo extension. And they are very easy to do. No clips or sewing. they are damage free. It's held by a transparent wire that looks like fish line. You use the weight of your own hair to keep it in place. With the very thin hair I have right now, it's still undetectable.  :)
