So I need to change shampoos! I have been using Pantene Beautiful Lengths but I have gotten so many comments from friends about how Pantene is damaging to my hair. I have also noticed that the conditioner doesn't leave my hair as soft as it did when I started using it. I have natural 3B curly hair and natural hair shampoos are ALWAYS so expensive! (I'm a college student, I have to eat lol). I don't need anything super fancy, just a shampoo and conditioner that is moisturizing to the MAX! I have heard great things about Tresemme. So my question is, what shampoo do you recommend?

You should get the 3 minute miracle conditioner for Aussie! It's like $3 & leaves hair soft & moisturizer!!

Try for a shampoo that is sulfate and sodium chloride free, since those are the products that strip your hair. You can also check out silicone free products which would prevent build up on your hair. Personally I use Aveeno (at least right now), but my hair isn't curly or ethnic, so I'm not sure how it would work for you.

Try one of the loreal ones. they have ever strong & a bunch of other ever whatever ones lol. I'm sure one is for hydrating :) they're also sulfate free.

I don't like Tresemme, my personal favorite is Keratil oil shampoo and conditioner my organix. They are both 8.99 but drug stores sometimes have good deals on them like buy one get one free or buy one and get second 50% off.

I have curly hair too and I love herbal essences for curly hair (its purple, with berries). Its like 3$ each and they work really well.

I like organx as Nathalie mentioned, but its like 10$ each here, so I only buy it on sale. I kinda prefer it though.

I love the tressemes keratin smooth. I can't remember what type my hair is but I have super curly hair and it makes it so soft and manageable. The shampoo is low sulphate and it's super cheap (where I live it's always on special for half price)

Yes it like kills frizz for me (well unless I brush it) but it's like I have completely different hair when I use it.

I have suuuuuper curly hair, and I used to have the same problem (dry hair). What I use is Aussie's products, and a few ms.Jessie's products. I would highly recommend them- please try them out!

I would suggest trying Shea moisture products I know when you buy it the bottle seems so tiny but a little goes along way with there products you only need about 2 quarter size a of shampoo and you rub it into your hair then wet your hair a little more and then it will lather right up the conditioner you only need about two quarter sizes as well and it goes along way
