I personally really like dark brown hair. If you are getting a pixie cut, I think highlights or lowlights look great on pixie cuts.

Personally with your complexion, I think a light brown or dirty blonde would look good (: really dark hair imo looks better if its their natural hair color or if they have a darker complexion, but really light blonde might wash you out. anywhere in between would look good imo though (:

My first tip is for the cut, and trust me, I know. when getting a pixie cut, you have to
1) look at your face shape and determine what length would look good.
2) be gradual! cut little bit by little bit, don't chop it all off at first, I did. and I regretted it.
3) for the color, determine what would look best with your skin tone. by looking at your profile, a dark red would suit you nicely. (:
