We seem to have similar skin types (normal-dry skin; oily around eyes) I don't use concealer anymore because my eye creams and products have helped my under eye circles and I no longer need it, but when I was using concealer, I liked the Maybelline fit me. It's medium coverage and it glides nicely under the eyes

MAC pro longwear never creases on me.
I use it for my undereyes, redness & acne scars and it covers all of it beautifully.
and it's only $20 and a shit load comes out.
A little goes such a long way which I love.

There's something called Mac moisture fix concealer or something like that. it's great for dry under eyes
