I was getting a little tan but now I see that I've become all red. My body is burning. What can I do?

Use aloe vera, it's definitely a skin saver (: also make sure you're using a high enough SPF when you go out.

Soak a bunch of black tea bags in a bath tub, then soak in that, it should relieve the burn!

In addition to aloe Vera (it really is the best thing you can use), cold milk (in a bath or on a rag depending on where you are burned) will help draw the heat out. I usually do a cold milk bath then follow with aloe and/or solarcaine.

Use aloe Vera and keep skin moisturized!
