I've had a chi straightener before. It's good, but they don't last long for the price. I've had way cheaper ones last me yearssssss. Chi lasted me about 2-3 years & then started smoking & a whole bunch of crap.

I have it! In pink- I bought it like 2-3 years ago and it still works fine. However, buying beauty related items and tools from places like marshals and Tj Max (I'm assuming that's where you are, correct me if I'm wrong!!) worries me a bit. Any salon worker will tell you buying stuff from there is no good. I think your better off buying a chi from Ulta when they have a good deal! You can get them anywhere from like $79-99 (and obviously more expensive for the more advanced ones)

Chis are great and make your hair very smooth although mine broke after 6 months.

I used to have a Chi and it broke down in less than a year, I wasn't happy considering how much I paid for it. I then decided to try out ISA Professional's digital flat iron and love it. I've had it for about 2 years and it works like new, it also helps that it has a digital temp control option so you don't fry your hair.
