Setting powder for dry skin?

I have super dry skin but sometimes when I use dewy foundations I was to be able to set it to help with the tackiness and powder just seems to accentuates my dry patches. Any suggestions on powders to try?

I absolutely love bare minerals mineral Veil, but I have combination skin, have you tried just using a setting spray instead?

I also agree with the mineral veil! Setting sprays never worked out for me and I have dry skin too...

I skip it most days, but when needed..I agree that Mineral Veil is very nice!

I find with dry skin you don't necessarily have to set it. Just use a setting spray for dry skin and that will hold on your makeup.

Thanks guys! I have used a setting spray and it doesn't seem to work on all of my make up, but I'll definitely look into your suggestions, thanks so much!

Jacqueline, is the ByTerry better than the Senna for dry skin? How do you feel about powder for 'older' skin in general?
