Don't pick! Put ice on them and just keep your face clean. Also don't stress over them, they are easily covered and worrying will only make you break out more :)

Lemon juice works pretty well to prevent/rid acne scaring or reduce swelling. You may need to dilute it depending on the problem area. Just put a little bit on the zits let it sit for a couple of minutes and wash off with warm water.
