Soak them in warm water, push them back and nip the dead skin, NOT the living cuticle. Apply oil everyday. Keep them moisturized.

Drink lots of water and keep them moisturized.

Absolutely keep them moisturized. you can try to put some handcream on your hands and nails (more than normal, apply a thick layer) put gloves over night. that gives you a big boost to moisturize your nails too.

I have the same issue and I don't mean to intrude on someone else's post but can coconut oil be used as a way to moisturize to cuticle. my cuticle looks exactly maybe worst than Annabel.

Coconut oil is great as is essie apricot oil but it's much pricier and I can't tell that the essie works better tbh.

I love using coconut oil on mine. whenever I go to pick at my cuticles I grab the coconut oil that I usually have around somewhere and rub that onto my nails instead
