Any chance for less then A week?
The chin one is more on a scar, it looks worse than that but any other picture barely show something because of lightening

Try tea tree oil or any other spot treatment. Clearasil has a few.

Put a fan of honey on it and night and cover with a bandaid, do this for a few nights and it should look better
