For Jessica, If you've recently entered a new product into your routine cut it out and see if that helps. A good tip is when entering new products into your regimen only enter one at a time so that you know which product you are reacting to, I learned this the hard way.

Try exfoliating with coffee grounds and a few drops of olive oil and cutting out any new products. Try a simple routine.
