This tends to work for me; oatmeal paste. This loosen and cleanses the blackheads. The ingredients are oatmeal , an egg and honey. Oh and make sure if you try it that it is *Egg whites that are to be used. You then can just mix and apply to your face. Make sure your skin is clean with like warm water before it as you would need you massage the mixture on your skin. This should be left on your face for 10mins. Than again , washed out with warm water.
This really works for me , and hopefully it works for you :)

I'd be careful with honey, your skin could have a reaction to it even if you're not allergic to honey.
I got rid of my blackheads by using a blackhead scrub (the Walmart brand one is surprisingly good, and using the Origins Clear Improvement Charcoal Mask. I also used an extractor tool (I got mine from Avon) to help extract the stubborn ones (:
