I've been transitioning my hair to natural for 10 months now. I am nowhaving a challenging time to come up with ways to do my hair. What techniques and products should I use for my hair?

The advice given above is correct is except for using brushes. A brush is the last thing you want to use on wet hair period. Especially transitioning hair because despite it being thick it is super fragile. Using a brush will literally tear the hair shaft further contributing to. I did the same thing when I was younger and the whole front section of my hair was short due to all the breakage. It took almost a year to get the length back. You can use a wide-toothed comb to detangle. Just look for one with thick teeth. Apply a leave in conditioner while the hair is still wet and section off your hair to tangle. You will want to detangle your hair starting from your ends and work your way up to the scalp. Do not rake thru your hair from the top to the bottom (you can rip hair out by doing that which contributes to the same effect that a brush creates). If you feel a knot just apply a lil more conditioner on it and gently work it out with the comb or fingers. I've been a natural for about 10 years or so. I have super thick hair (when I comb it out Chaka Khan comes to mind).
