On an average how long does Melted by Too Faced last? I have never tried or tested it but it looks interesting and have seen some nice reviews on it. Would like to know how long it lasts and what is your opinion on it. It's fairly expensive.

I've seen that it depends on the color: dark/deep colors tend to last longer. Even if you drink or eat, they can last up to 6 hrs looking the same. The key is not applying too much product and let it dry :)

I don't know mine is still all full it doesn't take much at all! I'm guessing a year lol but that's because I alternate colors.

You only need a little bit of product, so they last a long time. I find the red that I have to wear off a lot faster than the other colors, I think they are worth it.. One of my favorites is Melted Chihuahua. They feel great, not drying at all. The applicator makes it for an easy application. I don't have to look in the mirror when applying them which is something that I love.

I love that I don't need a lip liner to wear it. I also love wearing a Lipliner and creating new colors that way. The formula is great, not too drying!

Ashlee, one of my too faced melted strawberry one is a slight bad batch in my opinion like it wasn't mixed right or it separated in there. But I have to shake it and massage it lmao for it to blend in there before I use it. All my other ones aren't like that. I had trouble with my sugar one to not be patchy but I was putting on too much at one time so once I put thin layers and letting it dry between each layers it was fine.

I'll try the thin layers then. Lol I was just surprised when the first couple of times I used it it was just shimmer. Maybe I need a darker shade as well. Is it supposed to dry into like a stain?

Ahhhh alright thanks! I'll do that for sure. If that works I'm certain I love it 10x more. It's why I like Smashbox Be Legendary Lip Lacquer so much, starts as a gloss and turns to more of a stain that lasts. Perfect Livi! Gorgeous by the way, that color is perfect for you.

I have chihuahua and it lasts a good 4-5 hours and it usually only wears off in the center of the lips which I feel is better than he edges since it's easier to fill in.
