Sally hansen cuticle remover?

Hey girls,

I've always had super dry and ew cuticles but they're at their worst atm, super red and painful. Would this make it better or worse? Has anyone tried this?

If they are that dry I think it would be better for you to use the Sally Hansen cuticel massage cream with apricot oil, it will help moisturize your cuticels :)
