I dunno if it can be gone overnight, they have cold sore spot treatments in the chapstick area at most stores.

If your throat is sore, you can drink a mix of honey and lemon and it will cure it.

Make like a veggies soup and drink it. Try to drink soup if you have fever so you will sweat it.

You can get those polysporin patches that you can put lipstick over top of to cover it!
