So my eyes (lower lids) go all puffy when I smile. I don't mind that but when I have makeup on they look even worse. like I have highlighted bags of water under my eyes. they are more prominent with foundation and setting powder on. I don't use concealer. would using concealer help fix them or at least make them look less highlighted? if yes, then which concealer do you guys recommend? I have oily skin. tia!

I read that if you have puffy eyes you should go with the darker concealer instead of a lighter one.

Wayne goss did a tutorial for covering bags under the eyes - you should check it out - basically you are just supposed to apply concealer to the line that creates the bag and blend downwards to make them virtually disappear - especially on camera - another thing you can try is an orange or yellow color corrector under your concealer to cancel the purple/blue color created by the bags.

Apply eye cream and circle towards your eyes to get rid of some puffiness, you can also use cold cucumber slices.

Perhaps apply liquid concealer to under your eyes it works best for some people if you put it on in a triangle shape pointing downwards and then smooth it out
