Do smokey eyes, that will add the dramatic effect to your face and will add attention too! Keep the lips nude because if you are wearing bold eye look you Cant have bold lips too

If you have bold eyes you can still have bold lips! You can have what ever you want. Plus it's for an ice skating competition their make up is usually very dramatic and artistic and face painty
