Mascara on my eyelids.

My eyelids are oily all of the time and I find that my mascara rubs off on them throughout the day and I have black splotches on my eyelids. I've tried lose powder on my lids but that doesn't work. What should I do?

Yea I would recommend a primer on the lids with translucent power over the top.

It never happened to me but if if it happened I well buy anthor mascara waterproof.
