Hello everyone so I have a client wearing a blue dress to prom. I need some make up idea please. I want to go really glam on the make up, a glittery eye maybe. But I don't know what lip color to go with, a nude maybe? What do you girls think. Here's the dress, I could get a picture of her face inforunaly but still throw ideas my way please.
