If I take vitamin a capsules orally as a vitamin everyday will it help my acne?

I would not take any kind of supplement or vitamin without consulting a doctor first. Go to a doctor or a dermatologist and talk to them about your skin concerns.

No...vitamin a benefits your vision more than your skin

Popping a pill isn't going to be the cure all. What you consume on a daily basis (dietary wise) and following a decent skincare program is vital. I take flaxseed pills for my hormonal acne and it keeps it in check but I also watch what I eat, try and get 8 hours sleep and my skincare program is crazy intense as I treat my skin based on how its behaving on any given day. As Alexis mentioned...before taking any type of supplement definitely reach out to your doc to get the green light...better to be safe than sorry.

Vitamin A is fat soluble, meaning it gets stored in your fat. You don't just pee it out if you get too much of it. Instead it builds up, and can be toxic. It's really not a vitamin you should be taking unless you have a deficiency.
