so lately I've been getting that I look 15/16 I'm 17 and I'll turn 18 this year.
I've decided that I should make myself look older and so then clear my skin. I wash my face twice a day I moisturize tone and remove my makeup everynight!
I did a vitamin c serum treatment and it cleared a little bit but I still have some spots from hormones and some spots scars , I have a discoloration on my forehead you'll see the color of my cheeks then my forehead , it's not bad looking but I need help on what to do with my skin I'm completely lost!

Embrace your youthful face instead of trying to age yourself. You'll thank me later for that advice when you're my age. Definitely continue with your vitamin c treatments. Actually look for a daily serum that contains Vitamin C for daytime use. Your skin looks heavily congested so I would also look into a clarifying mask to clear your pores out for once a week use. Or a AHA/BHA serum which will not only clear out your pores but it will also take care of any old acne scars as its a topical exfoliant.

I don't really wanna look older but like older than I look , some poeople say I look 15/16 I wanna look my age not younger so this is a bit embaracing but thank you for your advice 👌🏼

I'm 21 and people still think I'm 16/17 and I love it! You won't think of it as a bad thing when you're in your 40's and people still think you're in your 30's. Definitely embrace looking a bit younger than you really are!
As for your skin, I agree with Shelley. I love the Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal mask, it really helps pull impurities out of the skin and really helped my skin become a lot clearer (:
