I use a lot of eyeshadow to fill in my eyebrows and my friends tend to say that it makes my eyebrows look "fake." I need a lot of eyeshadow because my eyebrows aren't visible without it. It's not that I don't grow eyebrows; they just grow a different color then my hair which makes it look exactly like I don't have any. how can I avoid having my eyebrows look fake?

Have you tried brushing your eyebrows a couple times with a spooley (or a clean mascara wand) after filling them in?

Don't use to much product. use a little bit and run a spooley and gel through them.

Use short thin strokes to create the appearance/illusion of hair and use a spoolie to evenly distribute the product through your brows.

Why don't you try brow tinting since you said the color of them matches your hair and that makes them look like you don't have any. Maybe then you won't need to use that much shadow to fill them in.

These are my eyebrows after I fill them in. (I accidentally took this picture but it's the only good picture of my eyebrows lol)
I use the Anastasia brow powder duo with the Anastasia #12 brush, it's a small thin angled brush with a spoolie.
great to mimic little hairs.
and im going have to disagree with Alex, only because ANY product can look natural if you actually know how to use it.
Pomade, pencil, powder, as long as you know how to apply it, it can look as natural as you want it.

I think they are too dark compared to your natural hair color. Maybe use an eyeshadow a two or three shades lighter.

Maybe die your brows or hair.
