My big toe has a hangnail and it's very painful to walk even. what can I do?

The only I can think of is to go get a pedicure

Yeah a pedicure would help and if I couldnt get one I'd soak it in warm water and oil mixture the nip it off with a cuticle cutter then apply some antibacterial creams that's what I've always done and keep it really moisturized after that it happens from the nail bed being so dry.
