Okay so I feel like a mop. my hairs grown out and I need to sort it.
I've just re dyed it light blue/dark blue/dark purple (not seen in picture)..
but I'm going to dubai and I wanna cut my hair short again.

I have a big forehead do please keep that in mind.

I've loved the shorter styles but a fringe makes more sense.

any ideas?? :)
