So I am trying to grow my hair to a little below my butt, & it's already around my upper rib-cage. I know it's probably a huge topic from last year, but I was wondering if the inversion method actually works. & if anyone can show me their results! ☺️

It's definitely fake. It doesn't do anything but rush blood to your head and that's never good. There's honestly nothing you can do but be patient and care for your hair. Any pills or anything should be ran by your doctor before ingesting as most of them already contain things that you already consume enough of and any imbalance could result in health issues.

Actually stimulating your scalp is pretty good for your hair.... that's basically what the inversion method is. It does not rush blood to your head, it stimulates blood flow.. it doesn't hurt to try. I've done the inversion method and did notice my hair growth. I had my hair cut in December. I will post pics in a moment

If you speak with your doctor, they will tell you exactly what I said. It's a joke. It does nothing but rush blood to your head and can cause nerve damage. It's not a magic trick to grow your hair, every one would have long hair if that was the case. Stimulating the scalp is good, yes, simply massage your scalp rather than hang upside down for nothing.
Gabs, just speak with your doctor about your hair growth concerns and they will lead you the correct and the safest route.

@ Anna, how long did it take for your hair to grow that long from your before picture? :)

Shaye, the left pic was taken in early December of last year.. so this growth was extremely rapid growth. I can also say lots of water helped... and I started excersing everyday after new years so I could also contribute my growth to being more active than I used to be :)

That's 6 months for your hair to grow at normal rates.

I think that's pretty quick, my hair never grows like that in 6 months haha I wish it would, did you have any deficiencies when you were using biotin or any other side effects? I've been thinking about asking my dr about it cause I think my anemia might be the reason my hair won't grow lol!

By the looks of it, my hair must have grown an inch longer than normal. normally, my hair grows pretty fast but treating it like silk really boosted the quality of my hair itself.. washing hair less does in fact provide hair growth benefits. I was surprised how fast it actually grew.

No biotin side effects that I noticed.

Honestly, it's likely that any growth you notice will mainly be a placebo effect, and not actually due to the inversion method at all. You simply notice the hair growth more because you believe certain tricks will make it grow longer. All you can really do is make sure you have a good diet, decent water intake, ensure you're getting a decent amount of protein and take steps like minimising heat use, washing less frequently and massaging the scalp. Hope this helps!

That's what I was saying to begin with :) she asked about people who tried inversion methods and I told her my experience. It's up to her If she would like to try.

I also didn't mean to come out rude but the post asked for experience and advice. I also added that excercise and diet change helped tremendously along with water intake.
