I was just wondering if you can get rid of pimples without getting rid of the whitehead.

I'm a little confused? When you say without getting rid of the whitehead do you mean without popping the pimple?

You can do a few things - the main ones I recommend are drying it out with a sulfur mask or exfoliate with a chemical exfoliant (BHA or AHA) or a light minimally abrasive scrub - those are the quickest ways to get rid of them with minimal scarring.
