Forget dry shampoo that stuff (usually) doesn't even work on brunettes. Use baby powder!! Sprinkle some in you hair and it will look like you just washed your hair.

I'm a brunette and dry shampoo works perfectly fine..?
are you sure your massaging it into your scalp and not just leaving it there?
batiste is definitely the best dry shampoo.

Try putting more dry shampoo into your hair, I never liked it until I put a crap ton in, and it made a world of difference, and when you condition don't put the conditioner anywhere near your scalp!

Well it also depens on how often you shampoo your hair. If you do it every day, or every other day, it makes your hair get more oily faster.
When you shampoo, you wash out all the natural oils in your hair, and your hair starts to over produce the natural oils in your hair. I recommend to shampoo your hair 1-2 times a week. In the start it will be oily fast, but after your hair gets used to it, it won't be as oily!
Hope it helps.

Try to wash your hair less. I only wash my hair once a week and even on the day before I wash it it isn't oily. Try washing your hair only 2-3 times a week it'll take a few weeks for your hair to adjust, but once it does it won't get oily as fast. By washing daily you strip your hair of any natural oils drying it out so your hair produced more oils faster. don't use any hair oils or hair sprays if you can avoid it. Baby powder really works well. I'd suggest using less dry shampoo in general. I feel like it just makes your hair look dull/matte. Don't condition your scalp and don't use hot water when washing your hair.
