I've started wearing false lashes a lot but I have no clue how to clean them? I know it's bad but I put on mascara after I apply the lashes, I feel like they stay better and so I have mascara and glue on them. I use feeders and try to get glue off but it's really hard to get it all. Is there anything you're supposed to do to keep them nice?

I heard some people use baby shampoo and a tooth brush.. but there's a certain kind (I don't remember the name) that you shouldn't do it to.

I soak mine in makeup remover overnight, all the glue and mascara came off completely

I just soak mine in hot water for two minutes and then when it's drying I'll get a old clean mascara wand or disposable spoolie and brush it out to get its shape back.
I rarely clean them though. since I always get the glue off with my tweezers and the lashes don't last as long when you clean them.

You can soak them in a little bit of rubbing alcohol and while they're wet pull the access glue off. then lay they somewhere to dry.

I use coconut oil to take the mascara off the lashes and wash with an oil based face cleanser. I just pull out the glue with tweezers.
