So I'm thinking about doing a purple ombre to my hair. My natural hair color is a dark brown btw. For the look I want I probably need to have my hair bleached (by a professional). I'm just worried about maintaining it. I'm not sure how fast purple fades. Can anyone give me advice or tips?

You could always use a purple shampoo! They're normally for blondes but it could work for purple hair as well 😄

Usually a colour like purple will be semi permanent and needs to be redone every few days.

When I would color my hair (I did every color under the sun) they usually lasted about a month, but it all depends on your hair type, how healthy it is, and how often you wash it! But you can make it last longer by not washing it everyday, and when I would google how to keep it in longer, people would say to put some of the color in your conditioner and leave it on while you wash your body. Now I did not personally test this, and I'm not sure if that will be super damaging or worth it, but definitely ask your hair dresser on how to maintain it!!

Shampoo and conditionner for color treated hair don't wash your hair often or the color will fade too fast , you can also use the crazy color thing to put on your purple ombre to keep it's not damaging just lifts up the color a bit more. hope it helepd.
