They suggest every three months but I go every 4 or 5. I just wash it with Brush shampoo every week or so.

I find that it becomes more of a problem than a solution after 4 months. It is breaking me out sooooo bad with TONS of milia right now because it needs to be changed

3 months. When I get a replacement brush, I like to clean out the inside part before putting the new brush on. One time noticed the inside part had started to turn pink and smelled a little moldy so now I clean it out with a toothbrush, my face cleanser and a tiny bit of tea tree oil.

When I had mine I changed it out every 3 months. I have extremely acne prone skin. After 3 months it would only make my skin worse but 3 months and before it really did make my skin so much better. It honestly just depends on your skin type really.
