Acne scars? 😳

I had really bad acne for the last 2 years and it's finally gone!! 🎉 Unfortunately it's left a ton of little dark spots on my forehead. I think they might be acne scars but I don't know. They're easy enough to cover with makeup but I'd really like to stop wearing it so how do I get them to go away?

Use a dark spot corrector (I like the Dr. Lin Acne Spot Corrector) and/or a vitamin C serum. Also make sure to exfoliate (:

Following this, if you don't mind. I've got some on my cheeks and would like to get rid of them!

If they still won't go away ( like mine ) Hard Candy has a concealer called Glamouflage and it is by far the best concealer I've used. It's also really cheap.

I actually have the same question but everyone has helped me as well on this post so I don't need to ask! Now I know they aren't scars and some ways to help them. Thanks everyone

I'm currently in the same situation myself! I tried doing a lot of exfoliation but that didn't really help. I recently discovered this healing oil called Tamanu I'm still in the first month of use but I've noticed great changes! I use it every night before bed and my skin is definitely evening out.

If there's an Asian supermarket near you, check out their shampoo/cleaner aisle. Most of them carry skin whitening soap and cream - it's not actually to whiten your skin, but to face dark spots.

You can also try castor oil, vitamin E oil, coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil to remove brown spots. The "downside" to using natural products is that it often takes several months to start noticing results. The "upside" is that they are GREAT for your skin overall and in the long run, your complexion will most definitely benefit!!
