Hi girls!
So I have a date tonight and I'm really wanting to go for a grungy makeup look, but I'm a little stuck for ideas. I own all 3 naked palettes and the Smashbox full exposure palette, and it's the eye makeup I'm a little stumped on. I'm considering winged liner, and for my lips I'm planning to go for Revlon Black Cherry, but I'm open to other options. Any other suggestions would be super helpful! X

Sharon Farrell has a Courtney Love inspired grunge look and Rachel Whitehurst has a lovely grunge look that she modernized with some shimmer shadows as well. I would definitely check out those YouTube videos (:

I agree with talei any heavy eyeliner smudged out would be the perfect grunge look - the one kattya suggested would be more of a modern take... But doesn't really scream grunge to me it looks more vampy or goth than grunge.

What Kattya posted isn't really grunge, is basically someone trying to be grunge because it's cool and whatnot, but I do love the look. However, grunge is a very messy style, smudged liner is really all you need. Dark purples, blacks and reds work really well but they should probably be matte because shimmer isn't "grunge".
