I think it's a lovely beauty makeup! The creepy factor is missing for me though. If I were you I would do some sort of cracking on the forehead and cheeks, along with the inner corners of the brows to me upturned just a bit to make you look worried. Or you could try blood coming from the mouth or eyes along with the cracking to give it a REALLY creepy factor 😂 but you did a great job on what you already have.

Personally, if your really going for a creepy look, it doesn't seem very creepy to me. It's a very good doll makeup anyhow! Maybe use darker colors if you want it to be creepier:)
