Tarte primers good?

I want to try out a tarte foundation primer. My skin is acne prone and combination to oily. I use the amazonian clay foundation and I was wondering if you liked their primer, if it broke you out? Idk do you recommend  it?

And is it too oily for me. I don't want something oily on me at all I have enough oils 😂
