I use the oil cleaning method too! it's good at removing my makeup and makes my skin so soft and moisturized. I used to have dry patches around my nose, but they are pretty much gone. it hasn't helped with acne to much, but then again I only have a couple zits and I keep picking at them so I'm not helping haha.
